Sacramento, Here we come!

🎉 Bambuza Expands to Sacramento, CA 🎉

Bambuza Hospitality Group, the ACDBE-certified travel retail and restaurant specialist, will bring its creative take on the classic flavors of Vietnam to Sacramento International Airport in 2024 and 2025. The management group has been awarded two locations, one in Concourse A and one in Concourse B, for their namesake restaurant concept, Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar.

BHG Celebrates Lunar New Year at embarque whiskey grill grand opening

Thank you Port of Seattle for marking this celebratory occasion with us. And congratulations to the hardworking Bambuza Hospitality Group team for a beautiful, delicious, and very festive event!

We enjoyed an amazing celebration earlier this month with the grand opening ribbon cutting at Embarque Whiskey Grill at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in N Concourse!

The ribbon cutting coincided with the Lunar New Year, and we were honored with a visit from the Mak Fai Kung Fu Dragon and Lion Dance Association.

Part of your job is more than simply taking our guests' orders. Side work is essential to keeping the dining experience positive for our guests and co-workers. Your store needs to be continuously cleaned and be a sanitary environment.

Did you know?

Customers judge the cleanliness of the store by the way the dining room and bathroom look. They associate these two areas' cleanliness with the kitchen's cleanliness.

Take Initiative — Ask yourself:

  • Do you find yourself with spare time?

  • Check-in with co-workers: Please make sure you help your co-workers by running food, taking drink orders, or anything else they need.

  • Is your side work completed? Please have a look at your checklist.

  • A Team member must complete their side work and/or closing side work before leaving the shift.

  • Team members will be held accountable for checking off their daily duties on the shift-side work checklist.

How it works:

  • Provide the receipt to the customer and circle the website link for the customer to leave a review.
