Oregon Restaurateur of the Year Expands Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar to Utah
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Monday, Portland, OR – September 30, 2024 – Industry trailblazer Katherine Lam, CEO & President of the Portland, Oregon-based restaurant and retail company Bambuza Hospitality Group, was recently named Restaurateur of the Year by the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association (ORLA). Katherine was honored just weeks before the Oregon group’s first ever expansion into Utah, where the company’s flagship concept, Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar is scheduled to open in Salt Lake City International Airport in November 2024.

This marks the first Utah location for Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen & Bar, which has served loyal fans in Portland International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for nearly a decade.
