“I placed my food order and asked the cashier, "What is Vietnamese Iced Coffee?" She told me, "It's an iced coffee that is premade." She followed up with, "It's Vietnamese coffee brewed nearby. Don't knock it until you try it, it's really good. I have one almost every day!" I finished placing my order and she asked for my name and said, "Thank you. Have a good day." I had to wait for a seat because the seating was full, but as two groups stood up to leave, an employee came and almost immediately wiped the tables down. When my food was ready, my name was called and the employee walked my food most of the way to me instead of making me go all the way to the counter to grab it.”
